UTTS Pricing

The National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS) has published the Vehicle Owner Taxpayer Unit Price List for 2024. The Vehicle Identification Unit (TTB) has been determined as 1,810 TL excluding VAT. Payments are made by the General Directorate of Mint and Stamp Printing www.utts.gov.tr will be made to the account specified on the website. These prices are valid for 2024 and will be updated annually in 2025 and subsequent years according to the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) determined by the Turkish Statistical Institute. The new prices will be valid as of January 1 of each year and will be published on the official website.

Vehicle Identification Unit prices cannot be changed and different prices cannot be applied other than those specified in this list. The price includes the installation service fee and the installation process will be carried out by authorized companies in accordance with the principles specified in the UTTS Vehicle Owner Purchase and Order Guide.
